How can I tell what my delivery fee will be?

All orders will have a $10 delivery fee due to the rising cost of freight. 

How do I order a roll of fabric? 

Fabric prices are listed by the metre, insert the roll length (eg. Roll size is 25 m) in as the quantity. The fabic will then be provided to you in one length on the roll. 

Who will deliver my goods?

TNT will deliver your orders if your order meets any of the following criteria:

  • If your order contains 1 or more rolls of fabric
  • If your order contains an aerosol can
  • When your order value is over $400

Note: Bulk quantities of Toyfill is always sent Australia Post.

In all other cases, your order will be delivered by Australia Post.

What are the delivery time frames?

If your order is placed before 12pm it will be dispatched the same day.

We are based in East Bendigo, Victoria. Have a look at the below chart for guide to how long your order will take to reach you.

  • For regional areas, add 1-2 working day from your nearest capital city
  • Deliveries by TNT will be made between 8am and 3pm, Monday to Friday
  • The number of days, means the number of working/business days (does not include weekends or public holidays)
  • This chart is just a general guide, and may not be accurate in every situation.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email that contains the tracking number. You will be able to track this using the freight company’s website that we provide you. For any questions however, please feel free to contact us any time.

Can I order outside Australia?

Yes, contact us for a quote on international delivery.

Returns & Refunds

10 Day Returns Policy

If you receive your product and do not like it, or you have ordered the incorrect product for your needs, you can return it to us at your cost within 10 Days for a full refund.

If you have received the incorrect item to what you ordered, please contact us and we will either arrange a pick up or give you a reply paid label to have this sent back free of charge.

What you need to provide

  • You need to send back your order with the invoice that you received with your delivery.
  • Please specify on the invoice your reason for return.
  • The product unused and undamaged and it its original packaging if applicable.
